⚔Your First Quest:
What to expectâš”

I know that visiting a new place can feel like a boss battle when you don’t have the map. To help lower the "new situation" static, here is a step-by-step guide to what your first visit to my Winston-Salem studio looks like.

âš” Arrival (Navigating the Mist)
Where to go: There is free parking located on the corner of Burke St. and Brooks town. It's a fenced in gravel lot, conveniently located across the street from my location.
The Entrance: I am tucked away inside Hair Bomb Salon. The name is written in large red letters on the window.
Timing: I recommend arriving about 5 minutes early to settle in. If you’re early-early, no worries! I’ll come get you as soon as the room is reset.

âš” The Sensory Environment
My studio is designed to be a low-sensory sanctuary.
Lighting: Dim, warm, and cozy. No flickering fluorescent lights here.
Sound: I usually play lo-fi anime beats, nature sounds, or atmospheric mountain instrumentals.
Scent: I use [mention if you use essential oils or are scent-free]. If you have a specific scent sensitivity, just let me know beforehand!

âš” The "Social Battery" Check-In
We’ll start with a quick 5–10 minute chat about your body’s needs.
Direct Communication: I’ll ask about your goals, any "no-touch" zones, and your preferred pressure.
The "Silent Session" Option: On my intake form, you can opt for a "Silent Massage." This means that after our initial check-in, we won't do any small talk. I’ll only speak to check on your comfort or pressure. It’s a judgment-free way to protect your social battery.

âš” The Session (Your Healing Arc)
Comfort is King: I use high-quality linens and can provide bolsters or weighted blankets if that helps you feel grounded.
Agency: You are always in control. If you need to change your position, adjust the pressure, or end the session early for any reason, you are safe to do so. No explanation needed.

âš” Aftercare & Departure
Once we’re done, I’ll leave the room so you c an slowly rejoin the world at your own pace. I’ll have water waiting for you. Payment and re-booking are handled digitally, so we don't have to deal with a long, stressful checkout process.
