⚔Your First Quest:
What to expect⚔

I know that visiting a new place can feel like a boss battle when you don’t have the map. To help lower the "new situation" static, here is a step-by-step guide to what your first visit to my Winston-Salem studio looks like.
⚔ Arrival (Navigating the Mist) ⚔
Where to go: There is free parking located on the corner of Burke St. and Brooks town. It's a fenced in gravel lot, conveniently located across the street from my location.
The Entrance: I am tucked away inside Hair Bomb Salon. The name is written in large red letters on the window.
Timing: I recommend arriving about 5 minutes early to settle in. If you’re early-early, no worries! I’ll come get you as soon as the room is reset.

Describe your image
My studio is designed to be a low-sensory sanctuary.
Lighting: Dim, warm, and cozy. No flickering fluorescent lights here.
Sound: I usually play lo-fi anime beats, nature sounds, or atmospheric mountain instrumentals.
SCENT: By default, I use a therapeutic sports blend oil (which carries a cooling mint scent) designed specifically for muscle recovery. However, this is a sensory-safe zone. If you have a scent sensitivity or simply prefer zero smells, just let me know or note it when booking. I always keep unscented, clinical-grade oil on hand. You are completely in control of your environment.
⚔ The "Social Battery" Check-In ⚔
-
We’ll start with a quick 5–10 minute chat about your body’s needs.
-
Direct Communication: I’ll ask about your goals, any "no-touch" zones, and your preferred pressure.
-
The "Silent Session" Option: On my intake form, you can opt for a "Silent Massage." This means that after our initial check-in, we won't do any small talk. I’ll only speak to check on your comfort or pressure. It’s a judgment-free way to protect your social battery.

⚔️ POST-QUEST (THE RESPAWN & DEPARTURE) ⚔️

-
The Reboot: When our time is up, I will let you know, step out of the room, and let your nervous system reboot at its own pace. Take your time getting your armor back on—there is absolutely no rush to jump off the table.
-
The Mobility Check & Aftercare: Once you are ready, we will do a quick check-in to see how your mobility feels. I'll provide any necessary aftercare instructions (like specific stretches or hydration tips) to keep your stats high and prolong the structural repairs.
-
Zero-Pressure Checkout: Exiting the room does not mean stepping into a sales gauntlet. I do not push retail products, and I will not pressure you to re-book at the door. We simply handle payment and send you safely back out into the overworld.
